Open for all, sporty and convivial !
This is the perfect opportunity to get away from the stress of everyday life, enjoy the open air and nature and hike around in a group alone or with your friends and family. These disciplines are adapted every session to the level of the group.
SKI TOURING

- WEDNESDAY: Discover the lakes PLATEAU, 1:10pm to 4:40pm / from february 1:35pm to 5:05pm.
NORDIC WALKING
Poles are supplied. Aperitif offered. Meeting point at the ESF Chalet.
SNOWSHOEING
Snowshoes are not supplied / Meeting point at the ESF Chalet.
- MONDAY: Dare nordic walking, 5pm to 6:30pm / from february 5:15pm to 6:45pm

- MONDAY: "Les Sagnes" (on the dahu footprints), 1:40pm to 4:40pm / from february 2:05pm to 5:05pm.*
- TUESDAY: Sunset at "Pré Reynaud", 5pm to 7pm / from february 5:15pm to 7:15pm.
- THURSDAY: "Grandes Rousses" crossing, 1:10pm to 4:40pm / from february 1:35pm to 5:05pm.*
- FRIDAY: "Dôme des Rousses", 1:10pm to 4:40pm / from february 1:35pm to 5:05pm.**
